Vector Unsigned Dot Product and Add

The unsigned integer elements in vector b (four unsigned 32-bit integer numbers) are multiplied by unsigned integer elements in vector c (four unsigned 32-bit integer numbers) producing a result twice the size of the input operands. The multiplication results of adjacent odd/even elements are subtracted from the integer elements in vector a (two signed 64-bit integer numbers).
